GUE Performance Diver GUE性能潜水员课程

Performance Diver (PD) is GUE's entry-level course designed to raise a diver's fundamental skills — buoyancy, trim, and propulsion — to an objectively high standard. It bridges the gap between recreational certification and the disciplined, team-based methodology that underpins all GUE diving.

性能潜水员（PD）是GUE的入门课程，旨在将潜水员的基本技能——浮力、姿态与推进——提升至客观高标准。它弥合了休闲认证与GUE所有潜水项目所依赖的严格团队方法论之间的差距。

The course focuses on developing consistent, fluid movement underwater: neutral buoyancy at all depths, horizontal trim, and mastery of GUE's frog kick and other propulsion techniques. Divers learn to operate as a self-sufficient unit within a buddy team — a foundation that carries through to every GUE course beyond.
