It bridges the gap between recreational certification and the disciplined, team-based methodology that underpins all GUE diving.

The course focuses on developing consistent, fluid movement underwater: neutral buoyancy at all depths, horizontal trim, and mastery of GUE's frog kick and other propulsion techniques. Divers learn to operate as a self-sufficient unit within a buddy team - a foundation that carries through to every GUE course beyond.
